-In their original packaging

-Complete with all accessories, tags, manuals, or extras included in the package

-The issue was caused by our error

Notes:

-Return and reshipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the exchange is due to our mistake.

-Exchanges can also be handled at the initial delivery moment if the courier is present and the issue is noticed immediately.

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

-Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 days after we receive and validate the returned item.

-Only items that meet our return conditions will be refunded.

-Return shipping fees are fully covered by Offres Uniques.
